Support Services
Our services support and nurture the development of people – whether that be in their own homes or within our supported living schemes. Our values are centred around people and what they need most. Over 700 people have used our service and we are currently housing 89 in our supported living scheme.
We work with people with a wide range of learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and mental health problems, some of which include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Residential Care at Avondale
This is a place to live where people can grow, make mistakes as they learn and experience personal development in a relaxed environment. We run a non-judgemental and ethical place to live, being a steppingstone in preparation for dealing with life’s challenges.
Avondale offers Residential Care placements over two sites in East Kent (Thanet & Dover) for those needing a place to call home. These are small, safe, homely, environments offering eight placements at each site. We work closely with the Care Quality Commission to ensure we are maintaining high standards of living and care experience.
At Avondale we pride ourselves on the calm and effective deliverance of care whilst we work with other agencies who trust our direction and support us to ensure the correct levels of support are being given.
