A Day in the Life

  • Avondale is a family run business and we are passionate about continuing the values and ethos which our founders Les and Carol created. Looking after one another as if we are all family is what makes us different. We know this has a big part to play in the happiness of our staff and the retention of our best staff.

    Our team’s retention rate ranges from 0% to 25% within our community services and teams in 2021.
